Provide a quick overview of their account, including their Agreement Contract.
If they have not signed their agreement, now would be a good time to remind them that it's important that they sign it as soon as they can. This will ensure that the client understands what they signed up for and what they paid or are paying for.
Answer any questions they have and be sure to go over the Zoek Satisfaction Guarantee. (We have made ongoing updates to our guarantee in order to provide more clear and concise expectations. That being said, please always refer to the Guarantee that was provided to the client on their Agreement Contract)
Request a brief overview about their business and what they are looking to achieve through their website.
Recommend features available and permissible within the package they signed up with.
Review templates (except for Redesign accounts) & select one during your initial consult call.
Discuss and provide clear expectations and timelines. (initial builds should be ready by 2 weeks of shelf life)
